About Us a perfect title to start with for Us is Me, MySelf and I together We are now.

Our togetherness of choice is co-conscious, co-operative, and co-existing.

I began to understand my life as it was when I realized that Lady J talks.

My first mantra I lived by:

       I used to blame MySelf for everything,
until We
found out it was really Me that DID it.

and the Echoes of Courage project which is on going.
The online journal where others share a part of their lives with anyone
who needs to know that they are not alone on this road of recovery.

There are so many sites now on the web that defines MPD/DID so I chose not to repeat it all here.
Read as many as you can and then come back here to share what it all means to you.
Remember we are each different and the same all at the same time. From the near, dear, and personal to
the ones that seem far away, in our cores we are all the same and share the same feelings throughout this journey.

Lady Jz Talk Zone first started

many years ago as an online web

page to collect the stories of my

childhood that created the many

of We that are us today.

It was my first try at a personal page.
Someplace safe to put my stories
and my words somewhere that they
were safe. A safe place to tell my
story with out fear of someone else
using it against me.

Little did I know then that as my
friends were invited to read those
pages that they would find
validations in their own lives and thoughts.
They encouraged me to
place it public and the rest is history.

From that first sight parts where
moved over to a public site to
become the lady's words then.

Over ~~3,500~~ now 4900 people have come to it through
various other Dissociate websites. Some have joined one
of online groups at msn.

It's a place to rest, and anyone
knows that it is there if they ever
need a safe place to come to. For
that reason alone it remains there.
All one ever has to do to find it is
put Lady Jz Talk Zone in any search
engine and you will find me there.
Along with many others who have
made this journey with me.

The original Lady Jz Talk zone community was started in June
2001 on msn.

I had been on the web for a couple
of years talking to others who were
on this journey yet the groups I
found had to many rules for me to remember them all. Out of respect
for their rules I decided to start my
own community where my ownly rule was you share from your heart where
no abuse comes from.

There are many groups out here
on the web so don't be discouraged
that you don't feel you fit into any
one at first. Search and you will
find your place. As in most things
I have found in my life.

Back then in the beginning I had
the links to all twenty some other
groups on msn alone for
dissociation and related diagnosis.
